A fibromyalgia friendly diet focuses on foods that may help reduce inflammation, improve energy levels, and support overall well-being. While there's no one-size-fits-all approach, it is recommended to eat whole foods, reduce processed foods, avoid chemicals (especially those that you cannot pronounce), eat anti-inflammatory foods, avoid monosodium glutamate (MSG), reduce/eliminate sugars, increase your protein intake, and consider going on an elimination diet to determine the foods that are not serving your body (for me that’s dairy and gluten).
The below recipes are all gluten, dairy, and MSG free!
