About Lauren
Hi, I'm Lauren! I'm a stay at home mother of two children, ages 6 and 8. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in the fall of 2020, although I can trace my symptoms back to the birth of my first child in 2016.
Shortly after my diagnosis, I discovered the Fibromyalgia Podcast and soon hired a fibromyalgia coach of my own. I was able to focus on improving my health and get better as quickly as possible, while home schooling my children.
I would like to pass the help I received on to other moms who feel overwhelmed and need guidance to improve their health situation.
