About Lauren

Hi, I’m Lauren! I’m a stay at home mother of two children, ages 6 and 8. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in the fall of 2020, although I can trace my symptoms back to the birth of my first child in 2016. Shortly after my diagnosis, I discovered the Fibromyalgia Podcast and soon hired a fibromyalgia coach of my own. I was able to focus on improving my health and get better as quickly as possible, while home schooling my children. I would like to pass the help I received on to other moms who feel overwhelmed and need guidance to improve their health situation.

You’re not alone and you can get better!

What are clients saying?

Lauren was absolutely wonderful. I was so happy to get to talk to someone that actually listened and understood what I was telling them. Someone who actually cared. I am in tears typing this to you. That call meant so much to me. After being passed around for 4 years from Dr to Dr I had lost all hope. I am a single mother and I thought I would not be able to afford a coach but the cost is very affordable for me. I have some hope back now. Thank you soo very much with all my heart.
