A Message From Lauren

Hi, I’m Lauren, and I specialize in coaching moms who are living with chronic illnesses and navigating the rewarding yet challenging journey of parenting neurodivergent children. As a mother who understands both the struggles of chronic illness and the unique needs of neurodivergent kids, I’m passionate about empowering moms like you to find balance, build confidence, and create a supportive environment for both you and your children.

Parenting with a chronic illness can feel isolating and overwhelming, especially when you're trying to meet the needs of a child who thinks and processes the world differently. That’s why I’m here—to guide you in embracing your strength, developing effective strategies, and finding ways to thrive as both a mom and an individual. Through personalized coaching, I offer compassionate support, practical tools, and a safe space for you to work through your challenges while honoring your health and your family’s needs.

You don’t have to do this alone. Let’s work together to create a parenting plan that honors your unique circumstances, nurtures your child's growth, and helps you prioritize your well-being. You’re not alone and you can get better!

What are clients saying?

Lauren was absolutely wonderful. I was so happy to get to talk to someone that actually listened and understood what I was telling them. Someone who actually cared. I am in tears typing this to you. That call meant so much to me. After being passed around for 4 years from Dr to Dr I had lost all hope. I am a single mother and I thought I would not be able to afford a coach but the cost is very affordable for me. I have some hope back now. Thank you soo very much with all my heart.

What results should I expect?

1% less severe pain
44% less impact of pain on your life
86% fewer health care visits

This pilot study followed fibromyalgia patients who added general health and wellness coaching to their current fibromyalgia treatment plan. These patients were taking no medications, aside from the three approved by the FDA for fibromyalgia (Lyrica, Cymbalta, and Savella).

After one year of coaching, the severity of their pain decreased by 31%.

More importantly, their pain interfered with their lives almost half as much. (44% reduction in pain interference)

They had a dramatic reduction in doctor appointments. (11 vs. 1.5 provider visits per year, a 86% reduction in health care utilization)

This reduction was estimated to save patients $855 per year. (9.5 fewer appointments at an average of $90 per appointment)

Working with a general health and wellness coach reduced the Fibromyalgia Impact Questionnaire (FIQR) scores for study participants by 35%. In comparison, the three FDA-approved fibromyalgia medications were less effective than coaching, even when used together. (Lyrica 17.2%, Cymbalta 20.4%, Savella 32.8%, Lyrica + Cymbalta 34.1%)
